Hattan Nishiki rice polished to 60% forms the base of this muroka namagenshu from Hiroshima's eastern shore. Bottled unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted, it retains the raw intensity and textural richness characteristic of the genshu style.

히로시마시 동부 아키구 후나코시초에 위치한 소규모 양조장입니다. 양조장 뒤편의 이와타키야마라는 암산에서 흘러내리는 지하수를 지하 60m에서 끌어올려 양조수로 사용합니다. 쌀은 히로시마현산 양조 적합미를 중심으로 히로시마 장인의 손길로 빚은 술입니다.
