A daiginjo nama-zume (single pasteurization) brewed with Dewa Sansan rice, featuring a fresh, refined aroma and an elegant, lightly dry character. The brewery submits Dewa Sansan-based daiginjo to the National New Sake Appraisal each year, accumulating numerous gold medals.
