Junmai brewed at Suishin Yamane Honten in Mihara, Hiroshima, with rice polished to 65%, using the brewery's ultra-soft groundwater of just 14-degree hardness. Named after the famous painter Yokoyama Taikan, who was an ardent admirer of this sake, it carries a light, dry character with a soft, balanced sweetness.
