A junmai from Suwa Shuzo in Chizu, Tottori, bottled under the Suwaizumi label that takes its name from the Suwa Shrine behind the brewery. The brewery, established in 1859, produces only pure rice sake with no added alcohol, guided by the principle that brewing excellence has no finish line.
