Suiryuu Kimotonodobu is a cloudy, unrefined sake from Kubohonkeshuzo in Nara produced using the traditional kimoto starter method, resulting in a sake with natural lactic acidity and a rich, rustic texture. The dobu or nigori-style presentation retains rice sediment in the bottle, giving the sake a milky appearance and a full, creamy body. Combining the kimoto method with the unrefined cloudy style creates a particularly layered expression rooted in classical Nara brewing tradition.
