Natsugin (夏吟), or summer ginjo, is a seasonal muroka Ginjo from Chiyoshuzou's Shinomine label, using Yamada Nishiki polished to 50%. Released in summer without filtration, this fresh, vivid expression from the 1873-founded Nara brewery captures the warmth of the season in a clean, aromatic ginjo built with Katsuragi mountain spring water.
