Shigemasu Nakakumi Daiginjo Namanama is an unpasteurized, unheated daiginjo using Yamada Nishiki polished to 50% from Takahashi Shoten in Fukuoka. Nakakumi (middle-run) pressing selects the most balanced and aromatic portion; the namanama bottling preserves its vibrant, delicate freshness.
