Chiba-grown rice is polished to junmai daiginjo level and aged before release under this label from the Moriya brewery, which has operated in Kujukuri since 1893. Described as the pinnacle of the Maisakura range, it is bottled in a special presentation box and noted for a smooth, refined mouthfeel from extended maturation.
