Sakaya Hachibei Junmai Ginjo Bizen Omachi Murokanamagenshu uses Omachi rice from the Bizen (Okayama) region, the birthplace of this ancient variety, in an unfiltered, undiluted raw junmai ginjo from Motosaka Shuzo in Mie. Bizen Omachi's deep, earthy richness shines in this uncompromising raw genshu, shaped by the mountain spring water of Odai Town.
