Mansakunohana Junmai Ginjonamagenshu Sososhu is an unpasteurized (nama), undiluted (genshu) junmai ginjo from Hinomaru Jozo in Yokote, Akita, designed in a pour-and-serve (sososhu) style suited for sharing. Bottled fresh without pasteurization or dilution, it retains a lively, slightly effervescent quality with vivid ginjo aromatics, clean acidity, and a full-flavored rice character at natural fermentation strength. The sososhu format makes it a convivial, easy-drinking expression of the Mansaku no Hana nama genshu style.
