Mansakunohana Junmai Ginjo Ichidohiiregenshu Matsuri Label is a festival-edition, once-pasteurized, undiluted (genshu) junmai ginjo from Hinomaru Jozo in Yokote, Akita. Produced in limited quantities with festive label artwork to mark Yokote's traditional seasonal festivals, it offers the characteristic concentrated, fruit-forward profile of the Ichidohiiregenshu series with the added celebratory identity of its seasonal release. Brewed with Akita sake rice and Kurikoma mountain water, it carries both regional pride and craft quality.
