Mansakunohana Junmai Ginjo Ichidohiiregenshu Betsuatsurae is a custom-order, once-pasteurized, undiluted (genshu) junmai ginjo from Hinomaru Jozo in Yokote, Akita. Produced as a special commission (betsuatsurae) for specific retailers or accounts, it is bottled at natural fermentation strength without water dilution, preserving a concentrated, vibrant character with rich rice umami and expressive ginjo aromatics. The single pasteurization approach maintains the lively freshness that distinguishes the Ichidohiiregenshu series.
