Description

Mansakunohana Junmai Ginjo is the core pure rice ginjo from Hinomaru Jozo in Yokote, Akita, brewed with Akita-grown sake rice including Akita Sake Komachi and fermented with the brewery's house yeast in low-temperature conditions. Soft groundwater from the Kurikoma mountain range supports a clean, delicate fermentation that yields a well-balanced sake with mild ginjo aroma, refreshing acidity, and a smooth, rice-forward finish. It is widely regarded as one of the most reliable expressions of the Mansaku no Hana style.
