야마다니시키, 야마다호, 와타리2호를 사용하여 빚고 약 1년간의 숙성 기간을 거쳐 출시되는 순미다이긴조입니다. 효모는 AK-1을 사용하여 적절한 긴조향을 지니면서도 숙성으로 인해 너무 가벼워지지 않고, 주조용 쌀의 역사의 깊이를 이야기하는 맛으로 마무리되었습니다. 약 1년간의 숙성을 거친 균형 잡힌 순미다이긴조입니다.
