Mannenyuki is the signature brand of Moritashuzou in Kurashiki, Okayama, a brewery founded in 1909 whose open-fermentation method follows traditional technique. The brewery sources rice varieties such as Asahi and Akebono from the surrounding Kiyone and Ashimori areas, together with water from the Takahashi River aquifer, though no product-specific taste profile was found for this unclassified expression.
