A plum liqueur base-brewed with junmai sake made from Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 57%, and steeped with Beniashi ume from Fukui Prefecture. The large-fleshed, small-seeded plums are hand-washed one by one and macerated for one year with premium rock sugar, producing a balanced sweet-tart flavor.
