Kintsuru Kazeyawaraka is a junmai ginjo from Katsuragawa Shuzo in Niigata, carrying the same evocative name as its namazake counterpart but presenting a pasteurized, more settled character. The Niigata tanrei style shines through in its clean, dry palate and gentle melon-like ginjo aroma. Rice-forward and refreshing, with the soft finish expected from Echigo brewing tradition.
