Kimpai Yokozuna Tokusen Junmaishu is a flagship junmai from Kimpaishuzou in Hyogo, named after the highest rank in sumo to signal a sake of superior quality and standing. As a junmai, it contains no added brewer's alcohol, relying entirely on rice, water, koji, and yeast to build its flavor.
