Kikubijin Daiginjo Shizukudori Tobingakoi is a prestige daiginjo from Kikubijin Shuzo in Fukuoka, produced using the shizukudori (drip) method where sake drips freely from cloth bags without pressing. Tobingakoi refers to the use of individual tobin jars to collect the most aromatic, pristine drops, and the result is an intensely fragrant, elegantly refined daiginjo with exceptional purity and a delicate floral bouquet.
