Keicho Fushiminosake Junmai Daiginjo is a premium sake from Tsukino Katsura (Masuda Tokubei Shoten), a Fushimi, Kyoto brewery founded in 1637 and renowned for reviving the historic nigori style. Fushimi's famous soft Fushimizu water lends a gentle, rounded texture to this highly polished daiginjo, which expresses delicate floral aromas and a clean, refined finish.
