A ginjo from Kojima Shuzoten in Tochigi under the Kannabi no Sato label, evoking the ancient sacred forests referenced in the brewery's regional identity. Ginjo fermentation at low temperatures with selected yeast strains produces the characteristic fruity and floral aromas, with rice polished to at least 60%. This expression offers an accessible entry into the Kannabi no Sato range while maintaining the refined qualities of ginjo brewing.
