Sawa no Hana, a heritage food rice carefully cultivated and preserved in the Shirataka area, is used for this junmai daikoshu from Kamogawa Shuzo. Classified as a long-aged sake, it represents the brewery's exploration of maturation as a brewing dimension alongside its flagship Kubozakura and Kamogawa labels.
