Kaika Tokubetsu Junmai Migaki Takekawa uses Gohyakumangoku polished to 59% from Daiichi Sake Brewery in Sano City, the oldest brewery in Tochigi (founded 1673). The brewery grows its own Gohyakumangoku and Hitogokochi rice and uses a ranked famous water source, with this tokubetsu junmai delivering the clean, umami-rich character of the brewery's estate-grown grain.
