
Juuku Gattolibero Tokubetsu Junmai Namagenshu is brewed from Kinmon Nishiki, a rare and costly Nagano heirloom sake rice, polished to 59% with Kyokai No. 6 yeast. It is released unfiltered and undiluted with an alcohol content around 16.5%, acidity of 2.29, and a sake meter value of +4, showing the variety's structured umami in an uncut, vivid format.
