Ogatakoresada is a junmai-class ginjo from Ogata Shuzo in Ehime Prefecture. Using no added alcohol, this sake expresses the pure rice flavor of the region, shaped by Ehime's soft brewing water and the mild climate of the Seto Inland Sea coast.
