Junmai Ginjo Shussejo Aoigomon is a junmai ginjo from Hamamatsu Shuzo in Shizuoka bearing the Tokugawa aoi crest, linking the brewery's heritage to the daimyo governors who rose to higher office from Hamamatsu Castle. Brewed at the Tenjingura brewery founded in 1871 with Shizuoka yeast and local rice, this no-added-alcohol ginjo offers the prefecture's signature balance of soft acidity and delicate fruit aromatics. The aoi crest has appeared across the Shussejo range as a symbol of regional pride.
