Junmai Ginjo Kisaburonosake Sasanigori Kikennasake is a lightly cloudy, gently filtered junmai ginjo from the Noshiro brewery in Akita, named after a character called Kisaburo. The sasanigori style retains fine rice sediment for a soft, slightly creamy texture, and the playful kikenna (dangerous) label suggests a boldly flavorful and unrestrained character.
