Junmai Ginjo Kimusume is brewed at Kimusume Shuzo in Gunma Prefecture using locally sourced rice polished to ginjo standards. The brewery draws on clean mountain water characteristic of the Gunma region to produce a balanced, aromatic sake. Fruity ginjo aromas are complemented by a smooth, clean finish typical of the house style.
