Sakuyabi Junmai Ginjo Jikaguminamagenshu is a direct-pressed, undiluted, unpasteurized junmai ginjo from Kimusume Shuzo in Gunma. Bottled as namagenshu, it retains full natural alcohol content and the vibrant, lively character that comes from skipping both pasteurization and dilution. The jikagumi pressing method preserves fresh ginjo aromatics alongside rich, concentrated rice flavors.
