The Hokushinryu Blue Bottle is Matsubaya Honten's limited junmai ginjo release from Obuse, Nagano, packaged in a striking cobalt-blue bottle designed to stand out at the table. Inside, the sake is true to the Hokushinryu style: grain-forward umami, a medium-full body from the hard local water, and a clean, refreshing finish.
