Description

"Nagahisa" was named for a long and long -standing sake in Wakayama. This Junmai Ginjo "Super Hisaku" series was brewed with Nagahisa with the aim of "beyond sake". We used all the Yamada Nishiki from Wakayama Prefecture, which was raised by farmers in Wakayama.
