Description

A daiginjo aged three to five years in the brewery's low-temperature cellar in Fukuoka's Chikugo region, made from Yamada Nishiki polished to 40%. The extended aging rounds the flavor into a mellow, composed character that holds up equally well chilled, at room temperature, or gently warmed.
