Ichidai Josen is a premium table sake from Chugoku Jozo (now Sakurao Brewery) in Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima, a brewery overlooking the sacred Miyajima Island and Mount Misen. Founded in 1918, this historic brewery also created the world's first sake in a paper carton (1967), and this Josen-grade sake reflects its tradition of quality accessible to everyday drinkers.
