Honjozo Daisetsu no Kura Shinshinrei (New Cold Spirit) is a seasonal honjozo from Godo Shusei in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, named for the crisp cold energy of Daisetsuzan's winter landscape. Hokkaido rice and Daisetsuzan snowmelt water capture the pure, austere character of Hokkaido's coldest season in this refreshing, seasonally named honjozo.
