Hatsushibori Namagenshu is the first-press new sake of the season from Oki Shuzou, produced on the island of Oki in Shimane Prefecture using Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 70%. Released unprocessed and unpasteurized, it is a seasonal limited offering with concentrated flavor and vibrant freshness.
