1669년에 창업하여 미사사 온천에 유일하게 남아 있는 양조장, 후지이 주조가 빚어낸 장기 숙성 고슈입니다. 1998년에 담근 원주를 에나멜 탱크에서 상온 숙성시켜, 호박색과 복잡한 향미를 갖춘 한 병으로 완성했습니다.
