Hachitsuru Sakuramai Kasuminigorizake is an unfiltered nigori sake with a cloudy, mist-like (kasumi) appearance, brewed using Sakuramai rice at the Hachitsuru Factory of Hachinohe Shurui. The sakura (cherry blossom) naming evokes springtime and the soft sweetness of partially filtered sake, where rice solids left in suspension add texture and gentle sweetness. Hachinohe's 240-year brewing tradition underpins this festive, seasonal expression.
