Ginban Tokubetsu Junmai Murokagenshu Tentakaku uses Ten Takaku, Toyama's own sake rice, in an unfiltered, undiluted tokubetsu junmai from Ginban Shuzo. The combination of a locally specific rice and genshu bottling produces a concentrated, regionally authentic sake that embodies eastern Toyama's Tateyama terroir at full strength.
