A luxurious dish that is usually performed in the Junmai Ginjo Class with a bag hanging that is usually performed only with Daiginjo's exhibition sake. We use Shizuoka Prefecture's unique sake brewing rice, Yoshito Fuji. Originally, it was an honorable Fuji with a beautiful drinking mouth, but it was hung and polished further. We are proud of the true value of Fuji Fuji of Wolongume.
