Ume from Gunma Prefecture (100% Shirokaganenishiki variety) are steeped in the brewery's junmai ginjo sake, creating a plum liqueur that won a bronze award at the 6th National Umeshu Competition in 2021. The ginjo base lends a clean, non-cloying sweetness with delicate ginjo fragrance.

후지산으로 유명한 시즈오카현의 거의 중앙에 위치하고 있습니다. 긴조의 소량 제조는 어떠한 타협도 없이 이루어지며, 견습생과의 차이는 쌀의 종류와 정미율뿐입니다. 10종류 이상의 원료 쌀을 사용하여 맛과 향의 다양한 변주를 즐기는 것을 모토로 하고 있습니다. '와룡'은 뜻을 펼칠 기회를 얻지 못해 민간에 숨어 있던 영웅을 용에 빗댄 말로, 언젠가 세상에서 으뜸가는 술로 불리길 바라는 마음을 담아 '와룡매'라고 이름 붙였습니다.
