Bottled in a distinctive blue flask, this Shizuoka junmai daiginjo is polished to 50% and dialed to around 15% ABV for easy drinkability. Brewed with Okitsu River spring water using the brewery's signature small-batch, low-temperature fermentation, it presents a light, dry, and refreshing profile.
