Garyubai Shizura junmai ginjo crafted from Homare Fuji, a Shizuoka-developed sake rice derived from Yamada Nishiki, polished to 55%. The wine-like acidity and fruity aromatics characteristic of Homare Fuji earned this expression a gold medal at the 2024 US National Sake Appraisal (ginjo division).
