Named after the famous battle flag inscription of warlord Takeda Shingen, this sake from Taikan Shuzo in Yamanashi's Southern Alps city carries the endorsement of the head priest of Takeda Shrine. The Yamadanishiki junmai ginjo version features a gentle, mellow mouthfeel with fruity notes and a refreshing dry finish; the junmai version offers rich flavor and clean acidity.
