Description

Use all of Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture. Daiginjo's rawhara sake that was carefully brewed. It is a Daiginjo sake with a fruity scent, a slight sweetness of rice, and a refreshing sharpness in it. Cooking is more compatible with seafood such as dark flavors and dried fish, and pale white white is better than lean for sashimi. The temperature is 5-35 ° C (cold, room temperature, human skin), but it is also recommended to cool it because it is Daiginjo.
