A vintage daiginjo from the Uroko (熟露枯) series at Shimazaki Shuzo, brewed with Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% and cave-aged from the 2016 brewing year. Stored at a steady 10°C in the brewery's 600-meter underground facility, extended maturation develops caramel, apricot, and honey-like aromas alongside a smooth, rounded depth.
