Chiyotsuru Chokarakuchi is a super-dry sake polished to 68%, brewed at one of the few remaining sake breweries still active within Tokyo's city limits, located in Akiruno. This kura uses the clean water of the Akigawa River to achieve its characteristically brisk, dry finish.
