Chikubashun junmai daiginjo is brewed from Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% at the Yoshimura brewery in Uda, Nara, a highland location at 330 meters elevation that provides naturally cold conditions and abundant spring water. Soft fragrance leads into a rich, rounded body in the style typical of this historic Nara brewing region.
