고시탄레이를 54%로 갈아낸 치요노히카리의 히야오로시입니다. 겨울에 짜낸 후 봄에 한 번만 가열처리하여 가을까지 쿠라에서 천천히 숙성시킨 나마즈메 술입니다. 단풍이 드는 계절에 출하되어, 둥글고 깊어진 부드러운 감칠맛을 즐길 수 있는 가을 한정품입니다.
