
Chiyonohikari's Hiyaoroshi is an autumn-release Honjozo aged through summer in the cellars of this 1860-founded Myoko City brewery. Brewed with Koshi Tanrei polished to 54%, the single pasteurization and cool storage develop a mellow, rounded character, a seasonal highlight from one of Niigata's light, elegant brewing specialists.
