Daiginjo made from Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% at one of Saitama's oldest surviving breweries, founded in 1775 in what was then Urawa. The sake offers a fruity, floral ginjo aroma with a smooth, slightly off-dry palate balanced by clean acidity at 16% alcohol.
