Amabuki Fuyunikoisurujunmaiginjo Nama takes its name from the Japanese phrase meaning 'falling in love in winter,' and is released as a cold-season namazake that is bottled without pasteurization to retain its fresh, vibrant character. Brewed at Amabuki Shuzo in Saga using flower yeasts developed through the brewery's 20-year collaboration with Tokyo University of Agriculture, the sake is made from locally grown rice watered by soft runoff from the Sefuri Mountains. The unpasteurized state means each bottle reflects the lively energy of the winter brewing season.
